The connection we have to our community here in Northern Colorado is very important to all of us at Scott Family Health. It’s part of our mission that individuals matter. We strive to bring the highest quality health care combined with exceptional service to each person who comes to us for treatment.

We truly value the personal connections we have with patients, and we also regularly partner with other healthcare providers in Loveland, Fort Collins and the surrounding areas to provide needed care, even if it means referring a patient to another practitioner. It’s important to us to be sure people get the care  they really need.

Valuing these personal connections has led Scott Family Health to get involved as a company with a few local organizations such as the annual Cooper 5K race to promote awareness and funding for Kawasaki Kids Foundation–our CEO/founder’s daughter had a very close call with this life-threatening disease. We also proudly support Sierra’s Race–Sierra worked in our office from 2004-2006.

We’re also supporters of Alexa’s Hugs and The Colorado Eagles. Please click on any of the links below to learn more about our community involvement and the organizations we support.
